These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at primeflowers.com and your purchase of products and services from Prime Flowers, located at 2847 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 120, Santa Monica, CA 90403. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Prime Flowers provides premium flower delivery services throughout California. We offer handcrafted floral arrangements, plants, and related gift items for delivery to specified addresses. Product availability may vary based on season and local supply.
2. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable sales tax and delivery fees. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and fees vary by zone within California, as described on our Delivery page. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM PT, Monday through Saturday, in eligible zones.
We make every effort to deliver on the requested date. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control — including weather, traffic, and recipient unavailability — may affect delivery timing. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location when possible or attempt redelivery.
4. Substitutions
Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we may substitute stems of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement. If you have specific requirements, please note them in your order instructions.
5. Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our arrangements. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@primeflowers.com or (310) 555-0142. We will offer a replacement arrangement or a full refund at our discretion.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Prime Flowers and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
